If a search engine algorithm devalues, filters, or penalizes a client site in any way due to link building to the Customer’s website(s), the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the www.worknearn.page.tl , its officers, owners, agents, and/or employees.

www.worknearn.page.tl has no relationship with Google, Yahoo, or Bing and has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Customer’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.

Occasionally, search engines will drop or reduce listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO. Should a listing be dropped during the SEO campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign removal, www.worknearn.page.tl will work with the customer to re-optimize the website/page based on the current policies of the search engine in question.

Linking to “bad neighborhoods” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. www.worknearn.page.tl does not assume liability for the Customer’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

www.worknearn.page.tl is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Customer’s website.

Suspension of Services

Your services may be suspended immediately if you don’t pay for any month, however it may be restored upon paying dues.

Termination

if you don’t pay consecutively three months then it will be considered as terminated without notice and your website will be completely deleted and domain will not be renewed.

Not Allowed

We don’t provide services to gaming, adult or controversial type content and may reserve full right to terminate any website service in the best interested of www.worknearn.page.tl with or without notice.

Minimum Term-

We advise to stay with us minimum 6-8 month to see the result as search engines take time to update the work done by S.E.O. In the meanwhile you can check work by third party sites or software and we will also send you monthly reports

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or any guarantee of Google 1st Place/PAGES Placement for any S.E.O PACKAGES AND OR YOUR WEBSITE HOWEVER WE CAN GIVE YOU FULL REFUND IF YOU DECIDED TO CANCEL AFTER THREE DAYS OF SIGNUP . IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL BEFORE 6 MONTH YOU CAN DO IT BY PAYING $49.99 ONE TIME CANCELATION FEES, HOWEVER THERE IS NO CANCELATION FEES IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL AFTER 6 MONTH.
